This tender has set strict standards for equipment continuous operation stability, flat yarn uniformity, energy consumption control and intelligence level, with multiple industry manufacturers participating in the bidding.

The winning supply model is the SJPL G120×33-1500 flat film flat yarn drawing machine. With a screw L/D ratio of 33:1, this model features stable extrusion and balanced temperature control. It is specially designed for mass production of flat yarns for conventional small woven bags, with mature technology and convenient operation and maintenance. It can continuously and stably produce flat yarns for packaging bags with uniform quality, fully meeting the large-scale production needs of Lanhua Packaging's existing product lines.

Following the implementation of projects with large groups such as Xinyangfeng, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical, Lubei Chemical and Xinfa Group, this cooperation with Shanxi Lanhua Group marks that Runyi Equipment has added another benchmark performance in the northern coal chemical and fertilizer supporting plastic weaving markets, further consolidating the company's market position in the field of plastic weaving equipment for large state-owned enterprises and listed chemical enterprises.
